Programme Head
Raghesh G Menon is a seasoned business leader with over 25 years of experience across IT delivery, organizational development, and business modelling. As a certified PRINCE2 Practitioner with international experience including work tenure in the UK, he has successfully led numerous technology and business process consulting initiatives.
He is the creator of the Framework - ‘Leadership with Systems Thinking’ and has authored the book 'The Indispensable CEO' which narrates the story of a young CEO Ms. Zara Throne, who turned-around her organization from its lowest point to a spectacular come back by using Systems Thinking Principles. Mr. Menon serves as a subject matter expert at premium universities and management institutions. He nurtures a community of over 10,000 trainers and is Recognized by Economic Times as among the Most Promising Business Leaders in Asia 2021. Raghesh brings practical insights in organizational scale-up and product development through his roles as an author, consultant and a business coach.
